How we work
How we work and how the quote is built
We start by analysing processes, then the platform is adopted step by step. The quote comes after we understand how you work, not before.
Five phases
01
Analysis
Analysis and redesign of processes together with the customer.
02
Configuration
Modules configured on processes, without writing code.
03
Training
Training on how to use the system and how processes change.
04
Go-live
Support in daily use.
05
Evolution
Automatic updates and new standard features.
Adoption is progressive, process by process, in line with the company’s digital maturity.
How the quote is built
Modules and users
The cost depends on the modules you need and the number of users, in the office and on the shop floor or in the field.
Annual or perpetual licence
You can choose an annual or a perpetual licence; with the perpetual licence, updates are purchased separately.
Starter packages
To get started there are packages sized on the number of users, including pre-configuration and service hours for the go-live.
We go through the details together after the first analysis: so the quote describes your project, not a generic price list.
If useful, we can put you in touch with partners in our network who specialise in subsidised finance.
Custom, when needed
In its zProduction and zService configurations the platform covers most processes without development. When something specific is needed, we build it starting from the same platform:
- Integrations with other management systems, accounting software, databases (via ODBC, REST API, OData) and logistics applications.
- iPad and iPhone apps integrated with zService, zProduction or other systems.
- Conversion, upgrade and modernisation of existing FileMaker solutions.
- FileMaker consulting and training.
We are Platinum members of the Claris FileMaker Business Alliance: our developers have known FileMaker since version 4.
Let’s start with a demo.
A demo of about one hour. Not the usual sales presentation: a concrete discussion of the way you work, that brings out ideas and issues you had not seen.
