For B2B trade and services

zService

Office, technicians and agents on the same flow.

zService is the Sandeza platform configured for companies that sell, install or maintain equipment: it manages sales, technical, site, logistics and administrative activities in one single system. Everyone has the right tool for their role, in the office or in the field.

In the office, a manager and a technician check jobs on a tablet and a smartphone while a colleague works at the computer

Who it is for

Those who install, maintain and sell, in the office and in the field.

Installers and maintainers of systems (fire safety, extinguishers, lifts, alarms), companies selling equipment with service, B2B trade through agents, consulting and technical firms with field staff.

What it does

From customer to invoice, by way of the field.

It is not software for filling in service reports: it coordinates the whole service cycle, from planning to final costing and invoicing. If an accounting system already exists, zService connects to it and feeds it the data.

Service calls

Planning, rounds and service calls; on iPad even offline, with history, photos, videos, checklists and geolocated signature.

Logistics and warehouse

Multiple warehouses, including vans, picking and packing on iPad, receiving and shipping.

Traceability

By lot, expiry date, size, colour or serial number, with linked certificates.

Sales and purchase cycle

Quotes, orders, delivery notes and invoices linked together, with approval steps and e-invoicing.

Customer record and CRM

Sales actions, contacts, documents searchable by tag, and analysis of turnover, due dates, orders and service calls.

Agents on the move

Customer data, price list and stock on iPad; orders signed by the customer and received immediately in the office, with commissions.

Add-on

DataHub

Connects zService to other systems through a single API to read and write any data, also via ODBC and OData: external systems work on replica tables and never touch live data. Every operation is kept in a complete audit log. With DataHub Cloud, data is available online for reserved areas for customers, suppliers and agents, e-commerce, Business Intelligence and custom apps.

How it works

From the order to the next maintenance.

  1. The order starts with the customerThe agent takes it on iPad with price list and stock at hand, even offline. The customer signs on the spot and gets the confirmation by email.
  2. The office receives it readyThe order arrives automatically: it is validated and generates product requirements and commissions. Logistics and purchasing prepare what is missing.
  3. The job is plannedScheduling organises the rounds and assigns the installation to a technician. Maintenance records open at the same time, with the next deadlines.
  4. The technician works in the fieldOn iPad they have the system history and documentation; they record photos, videos and checklists and have the report and delivery note signed, even offline.
  5. Report, invoice, next deadlineThe data reaches the office and goes to administration for the invoice or progress billing. When the deadline comes, the system reminds you of the next maintenance.

Why it is different

Designed for daily work, in the field and in the office.

Everything in one system

Customers, installed systems, service calls, technicians and documents in one place, instead of scattered across Excel, email and messages.

Even offline

Technicians work on iPad even where there is no connection: data syncs as soon as possible.

Less paper

Reports, checklists and delivery notes signed on the device and sent to the customer automatically.

Grow without adding overhead

More customers and more service calls without growing the organisation at the same rate.

Configured, not rewritten

The platform is configurable and follows your organisation, even when it changes.

It integrates

With other management systems, web services, quality systems; it can receive data from sensors or control units.
